Walking Frame Caddy - Disability Aids
Designed by an Occupational Therapist.
The First and the Original Buckingham Caddy is a fantastic innovation and a must for anyone who regularly uses a walking frame.
The Buckingham Walking Frame Caddy consists of a tray and pannier, which allows you to carry personal items and meals easily, safely and with confidence. The Buckingham Caddy is now being purchased by both Social Services and NHS departments as part of their Falls Prevention programmes.
If you use a walking frame, you know the problem! You have prepared your meal in the kitchen… but you may need to carry it to another room to eat it. You need a cordless phone and your medication within reach at all times… but you've run out of pockets. You enjoy being independent and self-reliant… but have to ask another to fetch and carry for you. You have two hands… but they are both needed to hold on to your walking frame. Pockets, pouches and bags are either not big enough or suitable for carrying meals and drinks.
Now there is a solution! The Buckingham Walking Frame Caddy consists of a tray and pannier, which allows you to carry personal items and meals easily, safely and with confidence. The Buckingham Caddy enables a person to carry most items safely and more importantly, independently without being reliant upon carers. The Buckingham Caddy is simple to attach, it is light but sturdy, easy to clean and will not upset the balance of the frame. With one large and one small compartment to allow the user to separate items such as glasses, keys, medication etc. Supplied with a tray, that is designed to safely transport a plate of food and a mug holder, which holds any spillages. Easy to fit to most styles of walking Frame.
Supplied with the Buckingham Mug Holder and Buckingham Mug Lid.
